A. Lange &Sohne, German watch factory Glashutte near Dresden.
Hour, minute, small second.
Hallmarked on the inside of the upper cover.
Original leather and gold embossed box with velvet lining.
Second spiral spring in an extra compartment.
With certificate of authenticity.
This very nice Savonette man’s pocket watch in 14 carat gold was produced 1908-1913 by the traditional company A. Lange &Sohne in Glashutte near Dresden. The clock has a crown-wound movement with hour, minute and small second display. In addition, the clock is equipped with a two-thirds plate movement (1 B), a lever escapement and a compensation balance with blued hairspring. The white enamel clock-face is provided with printed black Arabic numbers. On the inside of the top cover are the manufacturer's mark, the purity mark and the model number.
The watch is in good condition with only minimal signs of wear. The watch is fully functioning. The diameter of the casing is 5 cm, the weight is 97.4 grams. The watch comes with a second spiral spring, a certificate of authenticity and the original leather and gold-embossed box with velvet lining.
