This fine and impressive antique watch chain has been crafted in 9 ct yellow gold. The chain consists of fifty-one fancy oval shaped links, embellished with an engraved trellis-work design and scalloped edge. The double Albert chain is fitted to either end with a hallmarked swivel clasp. A hallmarked T-bar suspends via five links to the centre of the chain. The chain is hallmarked to one swivel clasp and to the T-bar with the mark for 9 ct gold (9.c). Condition This original antique gold chain is fine quality and a very good gauge of gold. The pocket watch chain is in excellent condition with a clear hallmark to the T-bar and a swivel clasp. Reflections in photographs may detract from the true representation of this fine example of antique jewellery/estate jewelry.
