This auction is for a wonderful completely original R. & G. Beesley fusee pocket watch in 18K marked gold case. Movement is marked R. & G. Beesley Liverpool. Case is marked JH. The movement and case has matching numbers 11155. It has not been serviced but seems to run fine. Has fancy Roman Numeral dial with scene.Case measures approximately 50 mm in diameter and total watch weight is 113.3 grams. I think it to be from 1830 to 1850. Richard and George Beesley started business in 1827. It is a used watch of course, but overall in excellent condition. Comes with the key and a very old watch chain. Please see pictures!
