Bought NOS in 2012, fully serviced by a Bulova center in the same year. More recently timed and oil checked by a local watchmaker. Kept on a watch winder. Regarding shipping: registered airmail is trackable on Italian Posts Website and by a Twitter inquiry to USPS. This kind of shipping to USA doesn't need exporting documents and passes straight through Customs (thus no VAT). Other possible shipping method is EMS which is more expensive, needs exporting documents and is not going that straight through customs (they will apply VAT). Delivery time by registered airmail is more or less within 10 days. I would like to sell this at a lower price but... Please consider that if this item sells it will generate a whopping 191.40 USD ebay fees + 22% VAT (as I am outside USA) of 42,18 USD. Total ebay fees = 233,5 USD Then a 4% of Paypal Fees on the entire sum (item + shipping) of 76 USD. Total fees for the item sale are 309,5 USD !! This is where your money is going and it's the 16% of the item price.
