Platinum C.H. Meylan Diamond, Sapphire & Enameled Trim Gent’s Open Face Pocket Watch

CASE: The white platinum #14,023 12-size/42 mm open face case features geometric and enamel decorations. Has diamond/sapphire-designed monogram and is numbered.
DIAL: This silver dial displays Arabic numerals, diamond poker hands and is signed C.H. Meylan.
MOVT: This 19-jewel, stem-set #32,962 fully adjusted movement with lever escapement is nickel with a bridge style layout and is signed C.H. Meylan Brassus.

Experts Opinion: Very heavy platinum for a 42 mm black enamel and platinum bezel by C.H. Meylan Brassus. The watch has a 19-jewel nickel bridge movement in a super circa 1920’s pocket watch. It is decorated on the back with an initial “S” using eleven excellent quality diamonds inside a frame of 26-sapphires.
