My Watchmaker’s Project: Amazing and Only 1 Ever Handmade Oversize Ladies/Men’s Skeleton Mechanical Watch Extremely unique and only one watch ever made so you will not find exactly the same looking watch worldwide. For more better quality pictures please refer to: ************************************************* This is one of my most skilled watchmaker’s projects that took him weeks of work. He has done it as a sample of his skills and a presentation project for some German jewelers when he was considering working for their company (no adverts here so I will not mention the company name). They loved the watch and they were keen on hiring him but at the end he had a sudden change of mind and decided to work for himself. It was a financial aspect involved too. The Watch would make a perfect gift for someone who likes to own unique and inimitable things. As of the size of the watch it could be either an oversize Ladies Watch (it is 33,5mm without crown in diameter) or a Men’s Watch as it has a size of a vintage watch. The project is based on a ZIM mechanical movement calibre 2602 (movement from circa 1970). Power Reserve after fully wound has been tested and it is 41 hours and 20 minutes. It is running strong and keeping a very good time. The movement has been handmade skeletonized here. The watch main plate is oxidized. The bridges are handmade cut, curved and ornamented. They are galvanically covered with zinc and chrome-plated for a gold colour. The screws are thermally blue coloured. The ratchet and tension wheels are mill ornamented. The Black brass Dial is a handmade one too. The subseconds dial here – instead of a regular seconds hand there is a turning nicely toothed wheel here. It is a handmade gold plated wheel. The watch hands are dauphine gold plated ones. The Case of the Watch is a brass chrome plated one, all handmade with 2 mineral glass. A flat one on the bottom and a spherical one on the top. The lugs here are solid like in gold classic watches (the strap here is a sealed one that fits solid lugs watches). Only one Watch ever made so a very unique gift for yourself or for your beloved one. The strap is a genuine leather (lizard) Black one with a stainless steel buckle. Size of the Watch: Case in diameter without crown: 33,5 mm Case in diameter including crown: 36 mm Lug to lug: 39 mm Thickness: 9,5 mm The Watch will come in a nice gift box For your peace of mind the watch comes with 12 months limited warranty on the movement plus any help that you might need in a few years time in terms to help you to save the money on a regular service. The watch will be checked by our watchmaker/experts prior to refunding to verify there's been no damage or tampering and the condition of the watch is exactly as it was when the watch was sent to you.
