Up for auction this famous VULCAIN CRICKET wrist alarm watch in 18k solid gold,  produced in 1950's, coming in hard to find mint, almost new old stock, condition. It still bears a protective sticker on its back.
Very few of Cricket watches were manufactured in 18k solid gold, and they are very rare nowadays.
This timepiece, well-known as a "President watch", is a timeless classic, one of the most perfectly designed wrist alarms ever built. Go back in time when life was simpler, but where the "Mad Men" of the era began to keep closer track of their time!  With the Vulcain Cricket of the 1950's, men were never late for their appointments, and time was still tracked in it's simpliest form without a ton of bells and whistles, however with a high degree of sophistication, elegance and class! The watch retains its original dial and a winding crown with a "V" Vulcain logo. The case is sharp and clean with its original factory shiny/brushed gold finish. In heart of this timepiece is a genuine 17 jewels Swiss Made manually-wind Vulcain Grand Prix Cricket patented caliber 120, an unique movement developed in-house by Vulcain Watch Co. This watch is  excellent running and keeping time, with the alarm function working as it should.
It is supplied with a brand new  genuine lizard skin leather band and is ready to wear and enjoy.  This collectible timepiece would be an excellent financial investment, always raising its value. The photos, that are a part of the description, have been taken of the actual watch offered for sale.  No box or papers are coming with it, but I guarantee its authenticity.
