When returning your watch for warranty service, please include the warranty card, date of purchase and a copy of your invoice. If you do not have an invoice please login to your account and print one. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS All items must be unworn and in the same new condition they were received, including the original box, packaging, manuals and accessories. No exchanges/returns are allowed after 7 days from the date of receipt. To return an item, please contact us via the eBay communication center or email us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
