Very Nice 18k Verge Fusee Quarter Hour Repeater Pocket watch.Champleve dial with Arabic Numerals set in enamel Cartouches.Dates Ca. 1795--1800.Metal Cuvette.Includes Key. Approximate Diameter: 52.5 mmApproximate total weight: 105 grams.Condition: Overall very good for being 2 centuries old, with minor dings and signs of age. Broken Fusee chain.  The watch was overhauled about 7 months ago and was running and keeping time to a few minutes/day. Chain broke for the second time in 2 years. No warranty left on the repair. I really love the watch but decided to sell it and let someone else give it a home.  The repeater has a neat sounding gong that evokes another time and works well. Someone told me that unbreakable fusee chains are now available. If true, I would recommend one for the replacement part in spite of the part not being antique.  (Just an opinion.)
