Early 1970’s ROAMER ‘Stingray’ diver chronograph issued and branded for Seth Thomas. One of the last iconic Stingray chronographs to use the Roamer-patented waterproof (400ft) and large stainless steel case, housing a Valjoux Cal. 7734. Measuring in at a staggering 45mm including the logoed crown, this was a big change from the smaller but first Stingray introduced in the late 1960’s that housed the Valjoux Cal. 72 [listed separately in out store] seen in the same-period adverts here.Professionally restored and fully service by Localtime, it is wearing its original and logoed stainless steel bracelet that fits my 7.5 inch wrist very comfortably. We have included many photos, including some snapshots from the Spa bench and closeup snapshots we took, just for fun.As with all the watches we service in-house here at the Localtime Spa, the BIN price includes a written 6-month written warrantee from the date of purchase.
