Illinois 18S 24 Jewel Pennsylvania Special Goldfilled Open Face. Engraved goldfilled case showing wear. Enamel doublesunk dial with a fill spot at the 5 hour mark next to the seconds bit. Very nice clean running leverset 2 tone movement showing only minimal gold loss.
