Scarce 23-Jewel Waltham 18K “Premier Maximus” Pocket Watch with Up/Down Indicator

CASE: The 18K yellow gold 16-size plain polished open face case is signed “Premier Maximus, Waltham Watch Co., Waltham, Mass.”
DIAL: This white porcelain double sunk dial displays Arabic numerals, spade hands and is signed “Premier Maximus”.
MOVT: This 23-jewel stem-set movement with lever escapement is nickel with a bridge style layout and is signed.
