LEONIDAS Moon Phase watch. Valjoux (now ETA) movement. Merc hands. On Blue 20mm Tropic.Super nice LEONIDAS (Heuer family heritage) Valjoux/ETA moon phase watch. Serviced about 6 months ago. Running nicely.Nice weight to it.Tracks the monthly moon cycle.Date feature - cycle starts at midnight - some people set these to cycle from 11pm but the days not over until midnight hence the date cycle starts at midnight which is the correct way to have these set.17 jewels hand woundRunning nicely but not regulated/timed for accuracy. This is not a new watch as a consequence I'm stating its not waterproof. Get it checked if you wish to shower/do the washing up in it.Sets to zero nicely. Hands turn smoothly when setting.Case is 38mm including crownGold plated crown and pushersTachymeter bezel20mm lug size fitted with a 20mm Swiss Tropic perforated watch band in blueNice gold coloured dial with silver accents around the sub dials.Nice square sub dial hand along with red sub dial hand. Hour and min are merc.Comes with box and sleeve it was originally supplied with (as highlighted in the images).Lots of jewellers marks on the back of the case (oops) which I have tried to photograph as well as can be expected. Also a jewellers mark between the lugs; again, I tried to capture that mark in the images.Condition is as pictured (which is good) I cannot notice any defects myself (other than what I have listed above) but I would rather encourage the buyer to study the images I have posted and make up their own mind regarding the condition. This is not a new watch, it has been my daily wearer for the past year or so and as a consequence the case may have other marks/light scratches/pitting etc and the band may have indentations/marks on the buckle from wear (which is to be expected) but might not have been mentioned in the description. Just because I haven't picked up on any other little things it doesn't mean they don't exist. Having said that I have tried to describe the piece as honestly as possible.No returns. If you want it grab it whilst its available. I'm open to sensible offers. To clarify; I'm not Selfridges (The Bay or Macy's), I don't offer returns - if you don't want it don't buy it.
