Description : Antique Circa 1884 silver cased fusee Deck watch / pocket watch in good working order. The 24 hour dial is white enamel with black numerals and gold coloured hands with sub-dial and marked Greenwich Time. The movement is a jewelled chain driven fusee with a lever escapement and ruby end-stone, clean with a good strong tick running the full length of its chain keeping good time and marked with the number 10968. The back covers are marked to the inside with London silver hallmarks for 1884 the makers mark JF and the number 10968 the same as the movement. It is key wind and set. The dial and dial glass are clean and clear and free from any chips or cracks. The case is clean and bright and has worn as to its age with all the covers closing nice and tight. It Measures 51mm excluding crown. It comes supplied in its own wooden deck box as in the photos .The deck box is in very good condition with good hinges and closing catch for.   Check out my Other Items
