Our items are shipped fully insured with signature confirmations. Our International shipping charge is $50 for items under $1499, and $95 for items over $1500. This includes Insurance. Please note for security purposes, we only ship to the card holder’s billing address, unless paid by Bank Wire. Payment OptionsFrom USA customers we accept all major credit cards for transactions under $15,000, above that must be paid by Bank Wire. All timepieces purchased from TaliaDiamonds.com may be returned with the following conditions:Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt, in original, unused condition with all original tape, plastic protectors, and stickers intact and having never been removed. All returned items, whether for refund, repair or exchange, must be clearly labeled with a return authorization number obtained by contacting Talia Diamonds customer service via 917-295-3327. Parcels without a clearly visible valid return authorization number will be refused.Goods must be returned via a traceable carrier, such as FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS), with insurance and delivery to Talia DiamondsIn order to maintain the lowest prices possible, returns, cancellations, and exchanges are subject to a restocking fee equal to 9% of the total purchase.
