This is a vintage mechanical wristwatch dating to circa 1950. This was made by J. Schulz, which was a very high end Swiss manufacturer. This company also produced watches for Cartier. This could be worn by a man or a woman. The case and bracelet are solid 14k yellow gold. The weight of the case and bracelet with the movement removed is about 49.8 grams. This is beautiful, clean, and in good condition. The watch runs well. It runs about 4 to 5 minutes fast over a 24 hour period. The time sets as it should. The case is about 21mm wide not including the crown. The movement is signed J. Schulz and it has 17 jewels. The bracelet is solid 14k gold and is signed. The total length of the watch is about 6 3/4 inches. The crystal is clean but has some scratches. The dial is depicted accurately in the pictures.
