Rare Louis XV Hunter case in 585. gold with large outlying hinge. Spring lid. Slider to start the repetition at the 6. The case is in very nice condition without significant signs of wear. Glasses in very nice condition. Enamelled dial with Arabic numerals. Subsidiary second. Three original gold hands. Signed "Deutsche Uhrenfabrikation A. Lange & Söhne Glashütte". The dial is undamaged. Glazed and gilt movement with three-quarter plate and asymmetric gold lever. Blued screws. Visible ruby stones. Swan neck fine adjustment. Bimetallic screw balance with blued spring. Stem wind. Gold Chaton Ruby capstone. Special repeater mechanism called Silencieux, it strikes normal (clear and loud) with two hammers on two gongs, but the mechanic is working without making noise. The clean movement runs accurate. The watch is in very nice, fully functional overall condition. The watch comes with a certificate and a leather box from the Watch museum in Glashutte. The box is in very good condition. A.
