MARK TWAIN FREDONIA 18 SIZE POCKET WATCH GRO - 3 STAR WATCH Serial number 201014 This is a very well preserved damaskeen dilded full plate with 11j. The movement is in good running order and the balance swings with full crisp action. This s a key wine / key set watch. There are a couple virtually invisible micro scratches near the serial number but, otherwise, the square damaskeened plate is very well preserved. The case hinges do not overextend. The 4 oz 925/1000 Stirling is very clean and shows very little wear. The bow is tight, flexible and shows minimal wear. Original 'Indepenent Watch Co' dial is free of damage and original hands also undamaged. Shugart rates this a 3 star [rarity] watch. Good examples are rarely found.
