It all began in 1958 when Gerd-R.Lang begins his watchmaking career in his home town of Braunschweig. In 1983 he founded the Chronoswiss watch factory in Munich. In 1985 the first Chronoswiss catalogue with mechanical wristwatches and pocket watches made in Switzerland was released. Since then the company has moved steadily into the future producing some of the worlds most intricate and beautiful timepieces. This piece was designed to commemorate a very famous German band called "Die Fantastischen Vier" ( The Fantastic Four). Chronoswiss Timemaster Chrono Day Date F4 special edition of 100 pieces worldwide provides a day of the week as well as the date at the 3 position. The watch face features Timemaster's characteristic eye-catching representation of the four numbers 2,4,8,10, which refers to the "4" from the Fantastic Four's live logo. All details on its dial, as well as hands are coated with Super-LumNova which is white in daylight, while it glows green in the dark, see pic! The sporty case is partly polished and partly satin finished measuring in at 44mm and 15.30mm in thickness. The black DLC coated bezel looks fantastic and surely compliments this fine timepiece. The signature onion screwdown crown completes this great looking case. Water resistant to 100 meters. Sapphire crystal. The watch is powered with the caliber C.771 automatic movement which promises up to 46 hours of power reserve. The movement has 25 jewels and runs at 28,800 V/h 4HZ. All this will attach to your wrist with a well crafted brushed and polished 5 row stainless steel bracelet with signed deployment clasp. Inner and outer boxes as well as instruction booklet included.
