Excellent condition and all functions working.
Watch is 50-60 years old, so it's not new and might have some markings under magnification, but to naked eye it looks close to mint.
Just came back from service.
Stainless Steel case looks crisp with NO plating loss.
Dial is in excellent condition. The Silver parts have a texture to them as if Powder coated.
All hands are original except on the small register in the middle, which is slightly larger than the rest but looks good in my opinion.
Please notice the Hand on the small middle Register has been replaced.
Excellent quality Soft leather Band.
Also, the Case back is polished. Letters and markings (the ship) are faintly visible.
Case Back stamped on the inside " Charles Gigandet"
