For sale is a rare Vintage Wittnauer Automatic Watch with Black Gilt Cross Hair Mirrored Dial Stainless steel case measures approximately 33-34mm not including the crown. Case is showing some signs of wear from use. Ultra cool black gilt cross hair mirrored dial. The dial is displaying some really cool and unique signs of aging. The 2 o'clock lume plot is no longer intact. The hour hand is missing some of it's lume Acrylic crystal is showing some signs of wear from use. Lug width is 19mm. The watch will not ship on the strap in the picture, the buyer will receive the watch on a nylon NATO band. This watch has been monitored for 24 hours and is setting and running well, keeping decent vintage time. Service history is unknown, therefore accuracy and performance cannot be guaranteed. This is a very rare model, similar examples with a white dial have showed up on Hodinkee and quickly sold with an asking price of $1500. Black gilt examples are extremely rare to find.
