Blue sapphire crystal with diamonds on the clasp, hinges, and face. 18k gold back, hinges, and clasp. It measures 8 inches long and the face measures 1 1/16 inches wide and 1 1/8 inches long. Signed on back with H. Stern #15783 and 750 for 18k. Leather band needs replacement. Please feel free to email me with any questions. WATCH KEEPS GREAT TIME IN GOOD WORKING ORDER JUST HAD BATTERY REPLACED.
