Beautifully decorated pocket watch with enamel "a trois couleurs" gold case of the watchmaker Frères Melly from Geneva, Diameter 45 mm, 64 g, circa 1790. Exquisitely decorated gold body of white, red and yellow gold with magnifying glass fine painted email painting. The painting shows an amorous scene with drapery and implied landscape with fine, Golden and blue frame with vegetal elements. The case is very well preserved. Original White enamelled dial with signature "F(rè)res Melly A Geneve". Arabic numbers. Two gold hands. The dial is in very nice condition. The glass is in very nice condition. Gold plated and autographed full plate movement with spindle escapement, chain and Fusee. Blued screws. Finely sawn and engraved balance cock. Silver control disk. The painting depicts on amorous scene with drapery and landscape with fine golden and blue framing with vegetal elements. The case is very well preserved. White original enamelled dial with signature "F (rè) res Melly A Geneve". Arabic numbers. Two gold hands. The dial is in very nice condition. The glass is in very nice condition. Gilded and signed full plate movement with verge escapement, chain and christophore. Blued screws. Fine sawn and engraved balance cock. The clean movement is functional.
