have had this 6MM lathe for at lest 20 years - do know it is German Made but there is no name plate on this 6MM lathe and believe but not sure it is a Lorch lathe - it looks to be a very high Quality lathe and made very well - does have a repair on tool rest and was done right - motor is a controllable variable speed motor , a very nice feature to have - overall very clean condition and bearings are tight and works great - this lathe is ready to go to work just plug and play- you also get a $200.00 chuck see pictures and a staking tool set with 60 staking tools see pictures also 30 different collets - you get all that is pictured for 1 bid price - it is up to the buyer to determine if this lathe is right for his or her use - great lathe for a watchmaker and priced right
