Experts Opinion: Spaulding & Co. was a retailer based in Paris and Chicago and known for quality merchandise. This wristwatch is no exception. The watch is so fancy they even engraved a flower bloom motif on the winding crown. 16-diamonds have a T.W. of .32 carats.
