Up for auction is an 18k yellow gold and enamel Ladies Brooch/Pendant Watch by Toliro of Italy. It is believed this watch dates from c1890-1910. The pin on this piece is in the form of a bow which is decorated with royal blue enamel and scroll details. The back of the watch case is richly adorned with masterfully executed enamel work, which depicts a circular pattern of roses within a ring of engraved 18k gold. This watch is equipped with a 17 jewel Swiss movement, which is fully functional, but has not been tested for accuracy. There are some minor chips present in the enamel work on the bow and in the enamel ring around the dial, however overall this piece has been well cared for, and shows no evidence of any repairs, removals, or alterations. This stunning timepiece would make an excellent addition to any collection of vintage jewelry, or would make a jaw dropping gift for the collector in your life!
