Pre-owned Watches and Jewelry Returns will be gladly accepted on any pre-owned watch or piece of jewelry upon delivery of goods. We must receive all returns in the same condition as shipped. Any returns that show signs of being used, sized or worn will not be accepted. We will not be able to issue a refund if your watch shows any signs of being worn: scratches, links removed, nicks, chips, or any other signs of use on the case or band. All packaging and manuals included with the returned product must be received in the same condition as originally sent to the customer. The customer is responsible for all freight charges for items returned back to us. We recommend a carrier with a tracking number to verify package delivery. Insurance is highly recommended for the return package. All returns not accepted will be mailed back to the customer, at the customer's expense, via fully insured .FedEx. overnight shipping.
