Vintage Multichron Pilot chronograph watch. 17 jewels. Gallet and Co. The numbers on the movement say CB 726 R with a circle around. That all the numbers that I see, but I may just not know where to look. All functions work on this watch.Highly sought after. it houses the time tested Valjoux 72 manual wind column wheel chronograph movement. This piece has an original black dial with white sub dials. All functions work on this watch. You can wind it up and it ticks away. I do not know if this watch has ever been overhauled. The watch is in good working order. The crystal or glass on the watch has a crack in it and it has scratches on it. The rotating dial on the front of the watch that has numbers 1 through 12 on it has some of the black wore off of it. The back plate of the watch has some scratches on it from what looks like somebody was trying to unscrew the back plate on the watch. The band that is on the watch is a black leather band. The band is in rough shape and would need to be replaced if you are going to wear it, but I believe it is the original band that came with the watch and I just left it on it. I am not a professional watch collector or watch technician i just know what I have researched on the watch.
