Hand wound, white dial, black roman numerals, sub-seconds dial; Back inside cover says JWBL E Crown Tiger 18 2017, believed to be circa 1874; Inside front and movement covers have similar marks; movement reads The Bank Best London Make J2017 JW Benson Ludgate Hill London, top circular ring is marked 18 with a symbol as is the neck underneath the winding knob. Runs and keeps time, slight wear on crystal; case is fine, no dents, little wear on gold; a little dirt/dust under the crystal, nothing major. ***Please note we've not had this watch serviced, and selling it as-is, and cannot guarantee how long it'll keep running or if all parts are intact. Watch itself weighs 66.35 dwt or 103.18 grams. Also included is a fancy link 15k yellow gold pocket watch chain at almost 16" long, with long open links separated by rope twist links. Note one swivel end was tested as 10k and the other is marked 15 625 for 15k. In very nice condition with little wear, some patina (we didn't clean nor polish it). The chain weighs 13.10 dwt or 20.37 grams. ***Note we will sell just the watch or just the chain if you don't want the set, please ask. A very nice old pocket watch and chain.
