CASE: The 18-size open face case features a gimbaled wood box.
DIAL: This white porcelain single sunk dial displays Roman numerals, has spade hands, and is signed “Elgin National Watch Co.”
MOVT: This 21-jewel No. 15,154,117 stem-set movement with lever escapement is nickel with a ¾ plate layout and is signed.
Experts Opinion: A very rare dial to find in superb condition. The entire package is really very clean. Grade 367. 162-20 CONDITION: C 2 (Case is in Perfect Condition)
