45 mm diameter ~ stem wind / stem set ~ in good running order & kept spot on time for me over a 24 hour period ~ stiff gold bow ~ clear glass crystal ~ deeply blued (purple) steel spade hands ~ handsome silver dial with roman numerals & a fine engine turned center with petals around the center hole ~ nickel straight lined damaskeend movement with straight line lever escapement ~ 27 blood red ruby jewels with 5 adjustments ~ jeweled through the hammers ~ fine whiplash regulator ~ serial number 20205 ~ signed HAAS ~ Swiss on the repeating spring bridge ~ this is a minute repeater circa early 1900s ~ to activate slide the slide & the watch will first strike out the hours on 1 hammer ~ complete quarter hours are pronounced by both hammers striking on separate gongs & minutes are then sounded out on a single gong by single hammer ~ the watch sounds loud & true with nice tones ~ as this is a repeater always set the time forward to prevent damage ~ a fine example of superb swiss watch making hallmarked inside the case rear 14k ~ HAAS ~ Suise ~ for the enthusiast to enjoY! please ask questions and resolve issues before you place your bid reserve? no reserve here! so if you like it you better place your bid now before it gets away! thanks for checking out my listing and if you are into watches please check out my other & you might want to keep a half-an-eye on my upcoming listings as i am liquidating a long time watchmaker's estate-whilst i continue to span the globe for unique and exotic items to bring to your door!
