GRUEN-OCEAN CHIEF, circa 1965/66.Waterproof Divers watch by design, stainless steel case.Watch movement 17 Jewels 560-RSS, had recent servicing and runs smooth and keeps time. New Crystal very clean, original dial, with original lum, very nice condition aged well. Original Hour Hand still has original Lum,the Minute hand has been touched up. Original Bezel in very nice condition with only minor scratches, turns smoothly, Bi-directional. Crown is NOT original to watch, the old worn unusable was replaced.Case front polished stainless in nice condition, back cover has several scratches from past owners using improper tooling. Watch band is new, but to original specifications with stainless steel buckle, overall length 9 1/2 inches.
