Men who like this watch tend to be elitists. Old money. A bit old-fashioned. Wealthy. But definitely not showy. He knows who he is and what he stands for. He values what is classic. And this Swiss automatic watch is as classic as you can get. The 36mm diameter stainless steel case is a very retro masculine style. The Orea dial is very special. It's not merely printed like other watches. Instead, it's actually a high-temperature fired white enamel. Talk about classic. They don't make them like that anymore. The black roman numerals and red 12 is a nod to the most traditional, iconic pocket watch. The Breguet hands are "blued". They are also ever so slightly curved toward the dial for visual precision. The movement is a historic Enicar Swiss Caliber which has been fine-tuned and decorated by the legendary watchmaker Gerd-Rudiger Lang. The brown alligator strap (replaced last summer) is held on to the watch by screws, instead of the usual pins. The winding crown is decorated with a sapphire cabochon. If you look carefully, you'll see there is a slight chip. So minor I never even noticed it until now. But I just wanted to bring it to your attention. Best of all, the watch is dead-on accurate. More accurate than a new Patek I owned. It's virtually second-for-second with my iPhone! Amazing! I love this watch. I've worn it almost every day for the last two years. Never had to wind it or adjust time—ever! I think that 's pretty impressive. This is the watch people would see on your wrist when you pull up in a vintage 1962 Mercedes-Benz 280SE Cabriolet. If you're the man for this watch then you know exactly what I'm talking about.
