16 size 17 jewel Rockford Wind Indicator. I wound it up a few turns and it started running but it has not had a routine servicing in decades. The indicator parts function properly. Note: I did not wind it up fully or check it for timeliness. In general, it's a bad idea to run a Rockford indicator fully wound or very often since when the mainspring breaks (and they do) some of the indicator parts get broken with it. Genuine fired enamel dial. The only issues I can see in it are a short very fine hairline at the top near 12 o'clock and an extremely hard to see hairline running by 10 o'clock towards the indicator bit (I couldn't see this hairline in hand with a loupe but could just make it out in the high resolution detailed picture in the listing). This is by far one of the best 16s Rockford indicator I've seen offered for sale in years.
