This listing is for a gorgeous and very rare Audemars Piguet Huitieme. You will see these watches mostly in chronograph versions, but the simple time and day variation is less common. This yellow gold and stainless steel two-tone version is extremely rare (I've only ever seen one other).The Huitieme line was the Audemars Piguet iconic luxury line in the 80s and 90s. From what I know, this particular watch is likely from 1996 or 1997. My personal favorite feature of this watch is that while it is vintage, it is a very modern and wearable size, 40.5mm I believe. It is also extremely thin, though, so it is very comfortable and fits smoothly on the wrist. It has a good bit of noticeable weight, though, showing the quality of the watch, but also the weight of the gold.The size and simplicity of the face make a great impression, it has always been a compliment-grabber for me. While this is a vintage watch, I've managed to keep the entire set in tact so with the watch you'll be receiving the Audemars Piguet presentation box which is in great shape. This set includes two booklets (all shown in the photos): one contains the watch itself and the other contains a notepad and the watch's paperwork. The paperwork includes the certificate of authenticity from Audemars Piguet as well as some of the service and sales history.If you want a gorgeous men's dress watch, wearable vintage at an affordable price that you can guarantee will stand out from the crowd, this is the watch for you.
