Here's a stunning example of an: All Original, Vintage 1928 Hamilton "Piping Rock" in Solid 14K, Yellow Gold.- Extraordinary Collectors Grade Condition - Photos Tell All- 14K Solid Gold, Circular Case- Decorated, High Grade Caliber # 979-F, Adjusted, Hand Wind Movement- 19 Jewels- Manufactured in Lancaster, PA- All Original, Untouched Dial - Crystal in Great Condition, No Blemishes- Case in Fantastic Condition- Enamel Roman Numerals in Fantastic Condition- Measures approximately 29mm long by 28mm wide not including the Flexible Gold Lugs and Crown- Unworn Black Italian Band- Collectors Grade Condition - No IssuesThis watch is in fantastic shape, and it would be hard to find one in comparable condition. This is not the 1948 reintroduction with the 17 Jewel movement; this is the Original 1928 Piping Rock with the 19 Jewel Movement. Please remember the extreme magnification of the photos make any tiny imperfections, including dust, seem much more exaggerated and much larger than they are! This is a truly Pristine Example of a 1920s Hamilton, Solid Gold Watch. A much desired model for collectors!*** Please note: The watch is currently ticking, running strong and keeping good time. It was completely serviced when I bought it, however, it has been stored in my collection case, unworn for very many years.
