Hello everyone,For the past four years I have been collecting these movements with plans of launching a wrist watch conversion line. I make fine engine-turned dials and was going to repurpose the gold numerals.I have decided to move in a different direction and am selling the whole lot of movements.First and foremost they will all need servicing. Second, none of the cases are solid gold, they are all gold-filled. However some of the crowns may be solid. Third, I am very very well aquainted with the value of everything here so don't even bother with a low ball. I am pricing this approximately $500 below what I would get by selling everything as individual auctions according to my calculations. So if you want to do the work there is money to be made with this lot. I am not parting anything out...yet. I will let this run for a week , then think what I want to do if it doesn't sell.My math is as follows.Gold-filled case = $60917= $75921=$200( though often they will hit $300)945=$150923=$550Parts im throwing in for free, its about 3 incomplete movements.Dials hands springs and staffs I am calculating at $100 even though its worth more.Fourth, these are awful pictures I apologize.There are four 917 movements with broken staffs. Three of them are in gold filled cases.There are four 921 movements with issues. Two have broken staffs, the other two I am not sure what the problem is but the staff is not broken nor is the spring overwound.There is one howard 10s , it ticks and two 912s. One of the 912s does not tick. ******I took out one staff package and the 917 with inland on the dialNo returns , no drama, and I will ship but it would be way way better to pick all this up.
