This is a circa 1970s solid steel cased chronograph with a high grade Gallet 40-68 movement that looks nice and clean and runs great. The chronograph works perfectly, and it keeps good time. Service history unknown. The bezel measures 40mm wide not including the crown. The bezel is chrome plated base metal, and has a 0 engraved over a 12, as seen in a picture. The bezel is otherwise fine, and it turns in both directions with good tension. The case is good also, and the back screws on and off well, the buttons activate the chronograph smoothly and correctly. The dial has been refinished, and has the name Theodore at the top. The dial has an even and clean gloss black finish. The acrylic crystal is clear and clean. A great and uncommon chronograph that would be a great candidate for a dial and bezel upgrade to make it a first class watch. ConUS insured shipping will be $20.
