A fine Antique Silver Pocket Watch made for the Ottoman Empire is showcased. The watch has been profesionally cleaned and missing parts have been replaced. The watch is in running condition but it has not been timed. The case is made of silver and a portrait of what we believe is of Sultan Abdul Aziz who reined the Ottoman Empire from 1861 to 1876. Inside the case its marked with Gustave Jacot Locle, .875/84, 55889 at the bottom. It has a white enamel dial with black turkish numerals and a golden image of a royal sultan seal. The movement is a key wind and set. The key is included. it is marked with "STAMBOUL" and "TUNNEL".
