New stainless steel case with crystal back recently made for this wonderful pocket watch movement . The diameter of the watch is 47.7 millimeters, 55.8 millimeters from lug to lug and 15 millimeters thick. Original porcelain dial with black Arabic numerals is signed HOWARD. The dial is in perfect condition . Stem wind/set movement signed . E.HOWARD WATCH Co.BOSTON U.S.A 23 Jewels. SERIES 0. Movement serial number 1077336 dates this movement to the year of 1911. High grade nickel and stripe decorated 23 jewels movement has bimetallic compensating balance wheel with gold screws, precision regulator, breguet overcoil balance spring, blued watch hands. Watch is serviced and oiled and is in good working condition and keeps good time. The watch comes with a new 22 mm black croco grain leather strap. E. Howard Watch Co. has always been considered one of the finest of fine American pocket watch makers. This is a very good example of that name.
