I purchased this watch at Nordstroms in Nov 2012.  The price was 6200.00.   The watch is in excellent condition.  It was a little dressy for me so I wore it only on special occasions.   I am guessing maybe 6 times.  The specs for this watch are:
Swiss Quartz ETA movement with hours, minutes, and seconds. 
It has the date window. 
Sapphire crystal anit scratch surface. 
Blue Spinal Cabachon crown.
The dial is white mother of pearl with diamond markers between the even roman numerals. 
The bezel is white diamonds that are full cut as described in the booklet.
The sides of the watch case has the classic David Yurman cable design.
The band is stainless steel bracelet style with a fold over clasp. 
It fits loose on my 7" wrist.  So I will say 7-1/2" wrist.
