Each watch has been completely disassembled and cleaned, oiled and time by our in house fully trained watchmaker. We take extra steps to ensure no damage occurs during shipping. However, you may need to adjust timing after shipping. We do accept returns on ALL our SERVICED Pocket Watches. Returned Pocket Watches must be shipped back promptly within 7 days of receiving it at the customers cost. Customers are responsible for shipping the Pocket Watch back safely packaged in the exact same packaging material it was shipped with. In addition, the item must be returned by COURIER with TRACKING. If the return is due to something that we at Hub City Time failed to disclose we will cover the Return Shipping. Thank you for looking at Hub City Time! We kindly ask that buyers who purchase or win more than one item request combined shipping prior to paying for their purchase.
