This watch competed against the Omega Speedmaster and Rolex Daytona to become flight-qualified for NASA missions. The dial is very Space Age in appearance. It features an outer decimal scale, large luminous plots, and a lollipop seconds hand. The watch features a rare Wittnauer bracelet. Stem head shows the Wittenauer "W." (see photo)Not verifiable: The inside is probably the legendary Valjoux 72 chronograph, which was also used by Rolex. This same watch is currently priced above $6000.00 elsewhere.
