Magnificent antique solid 18K yellow gold ring watch prong set with 6 Old Mine Cut natural rich red rubies and 13 Rose Cut Diamonds. This ring is definitely a masterpiece. It measures approximately 3/4" in diameter and weighs a heavyweight 16.7 grams. That's quite a bit of 18K gold. The gold is completely hand worked with amazingly ornate and intricate detail. Reticulated and deeply hand engraved over its entire surface. The watch hidden inside this gorgeous ring is in working and keeping accurate time. I never guarantee these antique watches though. On face of watch is PIKAP~17 RUBIS~INCABLOC~SWISS MADE. Surrounding the watch's clear glass crystal is a hand painted band of shiny blue enamel. Tiny locking mechanism to open the watch is in perfect condition. Springs open when pushed and closes securely and flush. Interior of band is stamped in a coffin shaped cartouche 750 and another tiny hallmark I can't make out. Ring band will fit a size 7.25 finger and can be professionally resized.
