Waltham Coin Silver Man’s Railroad Pocket Watch

CASE: The coin silver, 18-size, open face case features village decorations.
DIAL: This white porcelain, double sunk dial displays Arabic numerals and has spade hands.
MOVT: This 23-jewel, lever-set movement with lever escapement is nickel with a full plate layout and is signed.
C 3-16 (The case is in very good condition, worn)
D 3-9 (The dial is in very good condition, slightly scratched)
M 3 (The movement is in very good condition)
R 9 (Rarity on a scale of #1 being very common to #10 being extremely rare)
I have seen this dial two other times in 20-years. I like it better than the more common Montgomery dial.
