Rare double wheel duplex escapement dead beat sec. date Pocket watchDescription: Interesting, complicated and very rare pocket watch with a rare variant of the double wheel duplex escapement, date, dead beat center seconds and exceptionally large balance wheel, from the time around 1800. Diameter 51mm, weight 81g. Silver case with removable back cover and a small engraved monogram. Case in very good condition, undamaged, with only minimal signs of wear. Minaral glass in very good condition with only minor traces of wear. Enamelled dial with Arabic numerals. Dialin wery good undamaged condition. Four blued hands. Jumping Centre Second, above the date hand, below the minutes and hours. Fire Gilt full plate movement with exceptionally large balance wheel with 26mm diameter. Extremely rare duplex escapement with 2 wheels. Silvered regulation disc. Overall state of the watch is very nice and fully functional. Münzrandgehäuse aus Silber mit abnehmbarem Rückdeckel und kleinem, graviertem Monogramm. Gehäuse in sehr schönem Zustand, unbeschädigt, mit nur minimalen Tragespuren. Glas in sehr schönem Zustand mit nur kleinen Tragespuren. Emailliertes Zifferblatt mit arabischen Ziffern. Blatt im schönen zustand, unbeschädigt. Vier gebläute Zeiger. Springende Zentralsekunde, oben Datum, darunter Minute und Stunde. Feuervergoldetes Vollplatinenwerk mit außergewöhnlich große Unruh von ca. Ø26mm. Extrem seltene Duplexhemmung mit 2 Hemmungsrädern.
