18k Gold Verge escapement watch with a unique movement Vassal Paris circa 1815 Very rare 18k gold pocket watch with verge escapement and absolutely rare, probably unique movement structure of the watchmaker Vassal from Paris circa 1815. Diameter 55mm, weight 108g. Reference of the watchmaker: G.H. Baillie "Clockmakers and Watchmakers of the world" Volume I, page 325: Vassal, watchmaker in Paris from 1812 to 1822. 18k rose gold case with coin edge and engine turned lid. The case is very nice condition. Gold plated, signed and numbered dust cover "N ° 899 Vassal.". 3 Minaral glasses in very nice condition (2 to the front one at the backside). Two blued Breguet hands. Exquisite dial, gold-plated metal, with Arabic numerals and engine turned middle part. Absolutely rare, probably unique movement structure with verge escapement, chain and fusee. Long regulation lever. The clean movement is working. The watch is overall in very nice condition. 18kt Gold Spindeluhr mit einmaligem Aufbau Vassal Paris um 1815 t.926 Wunderschöne 18kt Gold Taschenuhr mit Spindelhemmung und absolut seltenem, vermutlich einmaligem Aufbau des Uhrmachers Vassal aus Paris um 1815. Durchmesser ca. 55mm, Gewicht 108g. Nachweis des Uhrmachers: G.H. Baillie „Clockmakers and Watchmakers of the world“ Volume I., Seite 325: Vassal, Uhrmachers in Paris von 1812-1822. Gehäuse aus 18kt Rotgold mit Münzrand und guillochiertem Deckel. Das Gehäuse ist sehr schöne erhalten. Vergoldeter und signierter, nummerierter Staubschutzdeckel „N° 899 Vassal“. Glas in sehr schöner Erhaltung. Zwei gebläute Breguetzeiger. Vorzügliches Zifferblatt, Metall vergoldet, mit arabischen Ziffern und guillochiertem Mittelteil. Absolut seltener, vermutlich einmaliger Werksaufbau mit Spindelhemmung, Kette und Schnecke. Langer Federregulierungshebel. Das saubere Werk ist funktionsfähig.
