ITEM DESCRIPTION: I am happy to offer for sale this luxurious Girard Perregaux Vintage 1945 Automatic Chronograph Mens Wristwatch in 18K Yellow Gold. This watch uses an in-house Girard Perregaux automatic chronograph movement. The reference 2599 was produced in limited numbers in solid 18K gold cases. Size of the watch is 30mm wide without crown and 47mm long from lug to lug. It comes with black classic dial with white text and yellow gold hour markers/hands. It also comes with original Girard Perregaux alligator strap and 18K Solid Gold Buckle. Condition-wise it has been SERVICED RECENTLY so it runs and operates flawlessly. Cosmetically the watch is in truly wonderful condition with only some very faint scratches. The highly polished gold case shines with brilliance and the crystal is very clean. Original Girard Perregaux alligator strap has been used a lot but still has some life leftover. From the top surface you won't notice much wear. Comes with Inner/Outer Boxes (GP Vintage Model Box Inner lining in poor condition due to material deterioration), all original paperworks including instruction manual, and hang tag. Full model number is Ref.25990.0.51.6756 and manufacturer suggested retail price (MSRP) was $16,576 USD.
