***This auction is for a Vintage Gallet MultiChron Model 12 Jim Clark.***This vintage watch comes from a time when being a pilots watch was more than just an accessory, but a necessary tool for the profession. This watch has had only one previous owner and was purchased in Switzerland. All parts are original and are in good working order. Phosfluorescence on hands has faded with time so they no longer glows in the dark. There is a small cosmetic crack at the 9:00 position. Does not penetrate crystal. Crystal integrity still holds! I have put on a new canvas band. Description-Pilots watch/Infantry style-Stainless steel casing-Green canvas band-Black face dial-Mechanical wind-Circa 1950s-1960s-Fully functioning-Last service date unknown-Band length 12 inches-Watch diameter approximately 1 1/2 inches*This watch comes from a smoke free environment!
