All items are shipped UPS or Fedex delivery and insured for the full purchase price against theft, damage, or loss. We also require a signature confirmation. We have extensive expertise in shipping high-end value watches to our international customers. Non-payment bidders will be reported to eBay. We can only ship to the address shown on the buyers PayPal account, NO EXCEPTIONS. We do not accept ANY third party escrow service so please do not even ask. All Arizona sales are subject to 7.95% state sales tax. RETURN POLICY All of our customers have a 14 Day Inspection Period to evaluate their jewelry and watches. There is also a 10% restocking fee. The restocking fee can we waived upon approval from our store manager. Please contact us directly for further details. No returns on new watches or jewelry. No Exceptions!
Prior to returning any item, you must notify us of your intent and reason(s) for the return. Any merchandise that is returned will be thoroughly inspected and must be in Unused Condition. 'Unused Condition' means that there are no scratches or blemishes, that the item does not show any signs of wear and tear, and that the item has not been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept the return of an item with any indication that it has been used. Please be sure to include any and all documentation that you received with the item. First Jewelry Source is not responsible for any loss or damage to merchandise or packaging while in transit to our offices. Any loss or damage during shipping for a returned or exchanged item must be recovered from the shipping carrier used to send the package. All packages sent back to our offices should be insured for the full value of the item with the carrier used in case of loss or damage.
